Two in-person meetings:
- First Meeting: Discuss details, review agreements, establish wedding day itinerary
- Second Meeting: attend food tasting - if needed, location walk-through and meeting with on-site catering/event manager, review floor plan, and finalize details
- Review & Edit Banquet Event Order (BEO) per Catering Manager
- Confirm arrival times with service vendors
- Distribute wedding day itinerary and location directions to the service vendors
- Confirm music selection with the ceremony musicians
- Coordinate grand entrance, first dance, cake-cutting, and etc. with reception entertainment/MC/DJ
- Direct ushers with seating of guests
- Disburse final payments with gratuity to service providers
- Provide marriage license information
- Oversee the wedding rehearsal
- Manage wedding day festivities
Designed for couples who need direction with designing the overall vision of the wedding
- Four in-person meetings
- Inspiration Board design (up to 3) - contain swatches, photos, and colors used for the event
- Research & schedule vendor meeting: venue, linens, baker, rentals, photographer, lighting, florist, videographer, musicians, band/DJ, and etc.
- Attend food-tasting - if needed
- Assist with food and beverage selection - if needed
- Attend follow-up meeting with secured vendors
- Attend table mock up with florist - if needed

- Identify and compile a list of vendors who best fit their style and budget

- Ongoing communication and coordination with all vendors
- Payment reminder via email
